Is ice cream eating at the end of the meal harmful ?

In a meal, which food should we ideally start with ?

Narration of sequence of food intake based on rasa/ taste of food.

Culinary which are heavy/ difficult to digest , unctous / greasy / oily and sweet tasting , sugarcane, fruits like banana, jack fruit, mango , laddu like sweets are to be taken in the beginning of meals.

The food items which are sour , salty in taste should be taken in the middle of food. Easily digestable , spicy ,bitter ,astringent tasting items be taste last in the sequence. NB In modern life bitter ,astringent tasting items hardly find space in food menu .

Its is highly challenging and harmful for metabolism and digestion to have ice creams and ice cold liquids towards the end of the meal.This is a very popular harmful trend in food parties in many parts of India.

What are the benefits of meat soup, butter milk and warm water during a meal ?

a) Cold water [ boiled and cooled ] water should be taken as anupana in case of barley , wheat , curd, alcoholic beverages, lotus fiber ( not in use in present day world) and honey
b) Luke warm be taken in case of edibles prepared by grinding rice like idli , dosa of south India
c) Whey , buttermilk and seasoned rice water -all are sour are to be taken as anupana along with dishes made of leafy vegetables and pulses

How can alcoholic drinks (beer) and meat soup be beneficial for health ?

d) Beer as anupana to nourish the emaciated ones.
e) Meat soup in case of emaciating diseases, body weight loss, muscle bulk loss
f) Beverages/ alcohol be used after taking meat and in those with weak digestive power
